I'm, a dedicated Wellness Coach with a profound passion for gut health and longevity, seamlessly blending my extensive dietetic training with a research-rich background from my Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics. Specializing in gut health nutrition and longevity, I am dedicated to empowering my community by emphasizing the significance of prioritizing gut health. By addressing this fundamental aspect, I aim to reduce chronic inflammation, manage weight effectively, and enhance digestive health for individuals seeking a holistic approach to wellness.

My approach involves crafting personalized strategies that consist of actionable and sustainable steps tailored to each individual's unique lifestyle. Through this, I enable everyone I coach to harness the power to achieve their health and wellness goals, fostering lasting transformations.

In addition to my expertise in nutrition, I am a certified personal trainer, specializing in supporting individuals aged 40 and over. My focus is on helping them regain strength and mobility, ultimately improving daily functional movement for a more vibrant and active lifestyle.

Beyond my professional roles, I am committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in the field of dietetics. As the Diversity and Inclusion Liaison for NOBIDAN (National Organization of Blacks in Dietetics and Nutrition), I actively create opportunities to increase diversity and representation in the dietetics space. This role allows me to contribute to a more inclusive and equitable future for the field, ensuring that a diverse range of voices and perspectives are heard and valued.

Approaching 40, I recently decided it was time to commit to a more healthy lifestyle, while also investing in my future self. While working with a personal trainer on my fitness goals, she recommended I contact Christina to learn more about my eating habits and how they relate to my overall health.
